I’m in a house in a city, with an ex lover. It’s a party of sorts. The dog has thrown up everywhere and this girl comes out to clean and tells me it’s no big deal as she’s cleaning up. I’m talking to my ex lover and he tells me why don’t you go get food. As the girl comes in the laundry room to where we are and starts taking her clothes off to wash them. I don’t pay any attention I’m just glad to get out of there the girl is really rude. As I’m leaving, I turn to lock the door and this other girl starts laughing as she pulls out a key card to get in she laughs at the fact I’m using a key. I’m like whatever . I turn to walk up the street and try to cross the street. The buses and cars and coming up quick and I can’t get a cross. out of nowhere a buss comes barreling over the sidewalk and crashes into the side right near the house i just left. I’m in shock and I cross the street and call 911 to report an accident on the corner of I can’t remember. The operator tells me to there’s already been a dispatch and I continue to move as they have arrived and begun clearing out everyone watching. I call my ex lover as find my way back to the house where I’m checking to see if everyone is good. He tries. To act like he cares but I feel like I’m the laughing stock like everyone knows I’m not his main girl. He sends me to look for liquor and again I’m glad to get away. As I climb out there’s lots of boxes that I have to crawl and there is this guy sitting there. We get to talking and all the guys start coming out the house to play football. My ex lover calls me and eerily gives me his Freemason chain to hold because he’s going to be playing. I put it in my pocket because I’m not going to wear it. He just eyes me. Me and the other guy go on a mission to find alcohol. We end up at this tiki bar. Just talking first in Spanish then English. The dream jumps where the ex lover and his friend driving, pull up and I have to get in the car. As i leave the guy I’m glad he’ll be fine. The all of a sudden tee drive closer and the ex gets out and starts beating the guy with his phone charger just whipping him. I suddenly feel the car back up and we roll over something- the guy. The ex lover gets in the car and I’m just scared- shocked. I’ve never see him physically violent.
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and they can provide insight into our current emotional state and unresolved issues. Here’s an interpretation of some key elements in your dream:
Setting in the House: A house often represents your mind or personal space. Being in a house with an ex-lover may indicate unresolved feelings or memories associated with that relationship. The presence of others and the party atmosphere could symbolize social dynamics and how you feel about your place in social situations, especially regarding your ex.
The Dog's Vomit: This could symbolize something unpleasant or emotionally messy that needs to be addressed. It may reflect feelings of discomfort or unresolved problems you associate with your past relationship, suggesting that while external situations may appear fine (party), there are underlying issues.
Interactions with Others: The rude girl and your ex-lover's behavior suggest feelings of inadequacy or being undervalued. You might feel overshadowed by others or that you are not seen as a priority, leading to feelings of self-doubt or frustration.
Locking the Door and the Key Card: Locking a door often represents a desire for security or a boundary, while the other girl laughing at you may symbolize feelings of judgment or not being accepted. It could reflect your fears of not belonging or feeling out of place in certain social contexts.
Traffic and Danger: The chaotic scene with the bus crashing may express feelings of being overwhelmed or threatened by external pressures. This could point to anxiety about a specific situation in your life where you feel out of control or unable to evade problems.
Calling for Help: Your attempt to call for help shows a desire for support during distressing situations. It signifies that you want others to understand what you are experiencing or that you wish to prevent further harm.
Violence and Shock: The violent behavior of your ex-lover is a significant element, possibly reflecting the fear of how unresolved issues from the past may expose you to harmful situations. This could symbolize internal conflict regarding how you perceive love and assertiveness in relationships.
Finding Alcohol and Tiki Bar: Searching for alcohol might relate to a desire to escape or relieve emotional pain. The switch to Spanish suggests a connection to your cultural identity or past experiences. It also highlights a shift in how you communicate or relate to people.
Overall, this dream seems to reflect complex emotions surrounding your past relationship, feelings of inadequacy, danger, the search for belonging, and a desire to escape troubling thoughts. It may be helpful to reflect on your current emotional state and consider whether there are unresolved feelings or situations in your life that need attention.
